When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored only as a hash). When you use KudoWave we process call detail records associated with your lines (caller phone numbers, timestamps, call duration) so we know when to send your review requests, and we log when each request was sent, clicked, and answered with a review. If you provide your Google review page URL we store it to generate your request links.
Call records and request logs are used to operate the service, show your dashboard, and send the review-request text messages you have configured. We do not sell call records or personal information. We do not use your data to advertise to you or your customers.
Review requests are sent as SMS text messages from your KudoWave business number to callers on your own lines, only after those callers have placed a call to your business. Messaging is registered with US carriers as A2P 10DLC business messaging. Message and data rates may apply for recipients per their carrier plan. Recipients can reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for assistance, and will be told so in the first message where required.
Caller phone numbers are shared with our underlying SMS and telephone carriers solely to deliver the review-request messages you have asked us to send. They are never published, sold, or shared for any other purpose.
Request logs are retained while your account is active so your history stays available. When you close your account, your numbers, logs, and settings are deleted from production systems within 30 days, subject to routine backup rotation.
Traffic to KudoWave is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.
If we change this policy we will post the updated version at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
